A Nice Stay with Really good Hospitality!
I had a fantastic night at this hotel! The head of reception, Mr Ali, was helpful when I had to adjust my stay. The cleanliness was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Don't miss trying the local restaurant next door for an authentic dining experience!

All staff were very very nice, ensured our stay was EXCELLENT. Comforts of twin room with a view were fabulous. An iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, and a TV turned out to be good. No complaints, the venue met expectations.
Nothing at all.

Would not hesitate to return here, loved our stay at the hotel. The food offer is excellent. The employees are polite and welcoming. The airport is 0.5 km away, easy to reach;)))

The rooftop pool offered fine views of the city.
The bathroom in my room was a constant issue, as it smelled horrible and was flooding due to a drainage problem. I had to buy bottled water for basic needs like brushing my teeth since the hotel's water system seemed unreliable. The noise from the nearby street made it hard to relax, especially in the early mornings.

The only good thing was the location, which is just ok.
The room we got, a twin room, is not in any picture, creepy, old and dirty facing back. The staff told us every morning they would change the room but never happened in 4 days. Do absolutely not accept a room facing back. We feel cheated, 110 dollar a night for such a rat hole!

Great stay in Hamra! Comfortable beds and helpful staff made our time enjoyable, despite basic breakfast options. 😊

Loved this good budget hotel: tasty food and highly courteous and helpful staff. The room was outstanding and beautiful in general, with a view. There was a lot of food for breakfast, including hardboiled eggs and cheese. This was my real good stay in town for a short time.

It was our first trip to Lebanon and I chose the hotel based on booking com rating. I red all the reviews and was well prepared :) Everything was true! We very much liked the staff at the reception, they were very welcoming and helpful day and night. The hall with WiFi was great too!
If I understand correctly there are new rooms and old rooms there (not refurnished) We got the old one. The old one was definitely not a 4star and definitely overpriced. Wall paper de-touched from walls, old tv set... no, very old tv set, though with many channels. Carpet - did not even try to look at it ;) Grey coloured towels, bath with cracks, salty water from the tap... but nice big bed and a/c made us forget about all of that!

Good location... It is parallel to Hamra Street. You can walk to the beach and downtown. The city is not that big anyway. Try to find Barbar restaurant if you wanna taste nice kebob...There is a Gloria Jeans Cafe right across the hotel. You can ask them a free internet service. Starbucks wanted to charge 5 Dollars and I hate their coffee anyway. Hotel has a free internet service at the lobby... DOnt pay more than 20 usd to the taxies from the airport to Hamra... Make booking for daily ciry tour with you receptionist. They do it for you. Make sure to go to Baalbek, Jeitta and Harissa... Baalbek is must see
The bathrooms are very poor. Make sure to tip the housekeeping to get extra towels. 5 Lebanese liras will be enough. Dont expect too much from this hotel. It is very cheap and very convenant. The bed was very comfortable. The water was salty. I think they are processing sea water and mixing it with the city water when it is a dry season. There is a convinant store right across the hotel on the corner. Make sure to bring body wash. buy whatever you wanna drink and put it in the refrigerator. Brush your teeth with bottled water. They sell bottled water for 500 Lebanese Lira. 1 usd= 1500 Lebanese Liras.
